Welcome to your peaceful Texas cabin escape. Tucked toward the back of a wooded 8-acre property, this custom-built cabin combines the feeling of a secluded nature retreat with convenient access to Tomball, The Woodlands and northwest Houston. The cabin's signature feature is its dramatic two-story great room with soaring wood ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the space with natural light and views of the surrounding trees. Step outside onto the large elevated deck, settle into the outdoor seating and enjoy morning coffee, evening conversation or a Texas sunset surrounded by nature. Main Level The first floor features a spacious private King suite with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower and direct access toward the outdoor patio area. The open-concept living and dining area is designed for spending time together, with soaring ceilings, large windows and views of the wooded surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast, dinner or a family meal during longer stays. Upstairs Loft The second-floor loft provides additional sleeping space for families and groups. The sleeping setup includes two Queen beds and two Twin beds, with a curtained section providing added privacy for the Queen sleeping area. Please note that the upstairs sleeping areas are part of an open loft layout rather than traditional fully enclosed bedrooms. We want guests to understand the layout clearly before booking. Outdoor Experience The outdoors are a major part of the experience here. Relax on the oversized deck overlooking the trees, grill dinner outdoors, or gather around the private fire pit as the sun goes down. Guests may also walk toward the property's meadow and Spring Creek area, where deer and other wildlife may occasionally be seen. Because this is a wooded Texas property, wildlife and insects are part of the natural environment. We maintain routine professional pest control, but occasional outdoor insects may still be encountered. Location Enjoy the peace of the woods without being far from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Downtown Tomball is approximately 10–12 minutes away, while The Woodlands is approximately 25 minutes away. The cabin is an excellent choice for family getaways, couples' retreats, reunions, extended stays and peaceful weekends outside the city. Privacy The cabin is located on an approximately 8-acre property that also contains other private residences. Your cabin, parking area and surrounding gated cabin space are private and are not shared with other residents. Guests also have access to designated areas of the property, including the meadow. There are no shared guest spaces. Located at a dead end on a large 8 acre property, our custom cabin is a true wilderness experience.
Guest Access
As you enter our nearly 8 acre property in Tomball, you will drive to the back of the property and see a newly built cabin with a gated area. Guests to our Tomball Tree Cabin will have access to the entire cabin and surrounding gated lot (which is about 1/2 acre). There is designated parking at the front of the cabin for up to 8 vehicles. In addition the guest can walk to the nearby meadow on our property and see Spring Creek (perfect place in the evenings to see deer or other wildlife). There are three other homes (non-airbnb) on our property that are not gated, but guests will not have access to those homes. There are no shared areas in our cabin, and it is completely private and you will love the peace and quiet! We are far enough from the city to have a nice quiet and peaceful time.
